Shipping policy

If the item(s) ordered are ready to ship, they will ship out same day. For items that specify they are "Made to order" they may take up to 7-14 business days (if not sooner) to fulfill. During peak & holiday seasons, ready to ship and made to order items may take up to10-15 business days (if not sooner) to fulfill. The shipping time is applicable AFTER the fulfillment time. 

All orders are fulfilled via USPS First Class Mail. All orders receive notification that the order has been shipped via the email provided at checkout along with a tracking number. If you require an item within a specific time frame, please email us at info@lovealumni.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Please note, once an order is placed, we cannot change your shipping address for your protection and ours. So please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time you place your order.

We do not refund nor replace stolen or unretrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS YOU ENTER AT CHECKOUT IS CORRECT AND SECURE. We are not responsible for items that were not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.

Any items/packages that are returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address will be reissued if and when they are returned to us and will incur a non-refundable re-shipping fee.
