Refund policy

If you are unhappy with your product, you are eligible for an exchange or a store credit. We do not offer refunds at this time. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or a store credit. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and returned in the same condition that you received it with the original tags and requires a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items: Damaged or used items, gift cards, makeup, and body care products.

If exchange is occurring in-store, your returned item will be processed at that time. If mailed in, once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when the exchange is shipping out to you.

Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or was an incorrect size (for apparel). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@lovealumni.com and send your item to: LOVE ALUMNI BOUTIQUE, P.O. BOX 641542, EL PASO, TEXAS 79904.

You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs involved for returning/exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
